Passenger safety set to improve on proposed Sydney Metro lines
Emergency exits on proposed Sydney Metro lines will be built closer together after Fire and Rescue New South Wales criticised safety risks inside the tunnels.
The exits will now be spaced 240 metres apart to match standards on existing lines in the city’s northwest.
