Residents hold emergency town hall to address traffic safety on Ritchie Marlboro Road

An emergency town hall was called to address traffic safety in Upper Marlboro on Friday night. This meeting was held after several car crashes in the past week, including one that took the life of an 18-year-old student at Dr. Henry A. Wise Jr. High School.
