New South Wales Opposition leader Chris Minns discusses NSW Labor’s promise to rebate on energy bills for small businesses.

“We made a decision to make sure the rebate goes to small businesses,” Mr Minns said.

“The reason for that is the biggest employer in New South Wales is small business and I didn’t want to have a situation where unemployment increases because of small business hits the wall.”
