Trump Delivers Speech in Pouring Rain During Rubio Rally in Miami

Former president Donald Trump whipped up enthusiasm from Republicans amid a downpour at a rally for Sen Marco Rubio in Miami on Sunday, November 6. In video of the rally filmed by @dannydeurbina, Trump painted a dark picture of contemporary America. “We’re a nation where free speech is no longer allowed, where crime is rampant and out of control like never before, and where more people died of COVID in 2021 than in 2020,” he said. He said that voters could help “make American great again.” The speech was given as heavy rain poured down on Trump and the crowd, who cheered and chanted, “USA.” The rally came two days before the US midterm elections, where Rubio will face off with Democratic challenger Val Demings.
