‘Hypocrite’ Alvin Bragg sued for not handing over Trump’s prosecution documents
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg has been slapped with two lawsuits by a conservative thinktank over failed requests to provide documents in relation to Donald Trump being criminally charged in early April.
The Heritage Foundation alleges the district attorney could have coordinated with the Department of Justice, White House and Democratic lawmakers before making his decision to charge Mr Trump with 34 counts of falsifying business records before the 2016 election.
