Brunello Cucinelli Toasts its NYC Flagship With a Jazz-Filled Dinner

On a crisp wintry evening in New York, the Cucinelli family toasted the renovated Brunello Cucinelli flagship on Madison Avenue with an evening of cocktails and an intimate dinner. The night started out with a performance by singer-songwriter Shoshana Bean as guests sipped on Negronis and Campari spritzes. Guests in attendance included designers Laura Kim and Fernando Garcia, Michael Sebastian, Taras Romanov, and Simon Huck.

The newly expanded Brunello Cucinelli flagship store stretches across a near city block on Madison Avenue and now encompasses over 8,000 feet. The evening continued into the night for dinner at Casa Cipriani’s jazz lounge, where guests were treated to coupes of Champagne and Bellini cocktails upon entering the intimate space. From the Cucinelli family, Carolina Cucinelli, Riccardo Stefanelli, Massimo Caronna, Camilla Cucinelli, Federica Benda, and Alessio Piastrelli were all in attendance.

The Gotham Kings, led by two-time Grammy-nominated trumpeter Alphonso Horne, performed as guests including Martha Stewart, Shoshana Bean, Rickie De Sole, Allie Michler Kopelman, Alex Badia, Miguel Enamorado, and more dined. The menu featured risotto alla primavera dishes, baby artichokes, bufala mozzarella paired with fresh heirloom tomatoes; a grilled black angus tenderloin alongside crispy roasted potatoes for the main, and at the end for dessert, a sweet and delectable vanilla meringue cake slice and a classic Italian Panettone to share, family-style. It was a quintessential Italian evening with the Cucinellis as we head into the holidays.
