Donald Trump takes the Fifth in deposition video

Former U.S. President Donald Trump is heard saying he had “absolutely no choice” but to take the Fifth Amendment, which protects against self-incrimination, during an August 10, 2022 deposition released on Tuesday (January 31) by the New York State Attorney General’s office.
