COVID-19: CBSE extends deadline for school affiliation

Amid the continued COVID-19 pandemic scenario within the nation, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) on Friday prolonged the deadline for the registration of faculties affiliated beneath a number of classes for the tutorial session 2022-23. The extension has been made because of the re-structuring of CBSE beneath the School Affiliation Re-engineered Automation System (SARAS). The board has additionally cleared that no late charges can be required for the registration.

  • Fresh Affiliation (Including Switch Over and Middle School syllabus)- sixteenth March to thirtieth June 2021; 1st September to thirty first October 2021
  • Upgradation of Affiliation- sixteenth March to thirtieth June 2021; 1st September to thirty first October 2021
  • Extension of Affiliation- sixteenth March to thirtieth June 2021; (After thirtieth June 2021 can apply with extra price)
  • All different categories- sixteenth March to all year long

Previously, the final date for the registration to CBSE affiliation was until April 30, 2021. The restructure has been made by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to deal with the National Education Policy (NEP), 2020.
