Australian govt is acting in ‘national economic interest’ on energy prices: Husic
Industry and Science Minister Ed Husic says the Australian government is acting in the national economic interest as gas and coal companies have “refused” to “see common sense”.
“What the Australian government is doing is in the national economic interest, bringing down or working to bring down energy prices,” Mr Husic said.
“Anyone that is arguing against that, is arguing from narrow commercial or political interests.”
