Gauchos overcome slow start to beat Cal Poly for 10th straight time

SAN LUIS OBISPO, Calif. – After scoring just 16 first half points UCSB found enough offense in the second half to win at Cal Poly 62-57.

UCSB has now won 10 straight games in this Blue-Green Rivalry and are 80-35 lifetime against the Mustangs.

Miles Norris had a team-high 16 points while Ajay Mitchell added 15 as the Gauchos won their 8th straight game to improve to 12-2 on the season and 3-0 in the Big West.

Cal Poly was led by a game-high 19 points from Chance Hunter and Alimamy Koroma added 14.

The Mustangs drop to 7-9 overall and 1-3 in league.
