Gold prices gain Rs 130 at Multi Commodity Exchange for October contracts
Gold prices on Friday gained 130 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for October contracts in sync with gains in the international markets. The precious metal was trading at 47,120 rupees per 10 gram.
Silver also rose 440 rupees to 63,720 rupees per kilogram for September Contracts when reports last came in.
In the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold was up marginally to trade at 1,817 US dollars and 20 cents per ounce.
Silver prices were also up marginally to trade at 24 dollars and 10 cents per ounce in intra-day trade.
