BHUBANESWAR : Odisha authorities on Thursday arrange a State-level management room and issued advisory to all districts to intensify lively surveillance and monitoring of birds after round 120 chickens have been discovered lifeless at a poultry farm in Khurda district. Although not a single case of chicken flu has been detected within the State to date, the Fisheries and Animal Resources Development (FARD) division has requested all Collectors, Chief District Veterinary Officers (CDVOs) and Divisional Forest Officers to be vigilant and repeatedly observe any unnatural deaths and behavior of birds.
