The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has invited applications for the recruitment of positions of Agriculture Development Officer (ADO) and Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer (SADO). Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of HPSC: hpsc.gov.in.
Notably, the entire application process is online-based and the last date for submission of the online application is October 6.
The total number of vacancies according to the notification is 526 out of which 500 belong to the Agriculture Development Office (ADO) posts and 26 are for Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer (SADO) posts.
– General/UR candidates – 275 posts- SC candidates of Haryana – 100 posts – BC-A candidates of Haryana – 50 posts- BC-B candidates of Haryana and EWS of Haryana – 25 posts- Reserved for candidates – 50 posts
– General/UR candidates – 24 posts- SC candidates of Haryana – 1 post- BC-B candidates of Haryana – 1 post
– Candidates need to have a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Agriculture from any recognized university. – Sanskrit or Hindi or 10+2/B.A.M.A. up to Matriculation Must have passed with Hindi as a subject.
– Candidates need to have B.Sc (Hons) Agriculture from a recognized university with Hindi or Sanskrit or 10+2/B.A.M. up to Matriculation.
Candidates selected for the post of Agricultural Development Office (ADO) will be given a pay between Rs 35,400 to Rs 1,12,400 while those selected for Sub Divisional Agriculture Officer (SADO) will be given a pay between Rs 44,900 to 1,42,400.
