‘If you’ve got an issue, you deal with it like an adult’: Crisafulli

Queensland LNP Leader David Crisafulli says he will always "stick up for Queensland" and for Queenslanders.

It comes after NSW Treasurer Dominic Perrottet has issued a second invoice to Queensland for around $40 million for putting up citizens in hotel quarantine.

Mr Crisafulli criticised the past actions of Queensland Deputy Premier Steven Miles for ripping up a $30 million invoice sent to the Queensland government from the New South Wales government.

When asked what he would have done if he had received the invoice, Mr Crisafulli said, "I wouldn't act like a child and rip up a bill on tv to try and be a hero".

"I wouldn't trash talk New South Wales".
