It’s ‘obvious’ Joe Biden isn’t ‘fully functioning’

It’s time for a “new generation” of politics in the United States, says the Centre of the American Experiment’s President John Hinderaker. 

“It’s a gerontocracy, which means ruled by the extremely elderly,” Mr Hinderaker said. 

Mr Hinderaker said it is “obvious” US President Joe Biden is suffering from dementia and is “not fully functioning”.

“But he’s not the only one.

“A member of the United States Senate said recently in a private conversation … that a third of the members of the Senate ought to be in nursing homes.”
