Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Okay Chandrasekhar Rao (or KCR) took away the portfolio of state Health Minister Etala Rajender, and took it over himself, a day after ordering an inquiry into the land grabbing allegations levelled in opposition to the latter, on Saturday. “On the advice of the Chief Minister of Telangana, the Hon’ble Governor has approved the transfer of the Medical and Health and Family Welfare portfolio from Etala Rajender to the CM with immediate effect,” an official communique mentioned.
