Stock Market: Sensex gained 328 points at 65,983 and Nifty traded 101 points up at 19,795

The key domestic share indices gained half a percent in the afternoon trade today. The BSE Sensex is inching towards the 66,000 mark while the NSE Nifty is closing on to 19,800 level. Both stocks appreciated amidst a positive trend in the US stock markets and investors’ optimistism with respect to stable US interest rates.

The Sensex gained 328 points to trade at 65,983 and the Nifty was trading 101 points up at 19,795, when reports last came in.
