Mumbai police announces traffic restrictions in Dadar – Read Details Here

In a latest development, the Mumbai traffic police have made elaborate arrangements to ensure smooth flow of traffic on Wednesday, November 16, as people from across the state are expected to converge at Dadar‘s Shivaji Park.
This move came ahead of Bal Thackeray’s 10th death anniversary, which is commemorated on November 17 every year since 2012.

For those unversed, Thackeray’s memorial is situated at Shivaji Park in Mumbai’s Dadar area, where he was cremated. Shiv Sena leaders and followers, other political heads and Mumbai readers are expected to reach the memorial in large numbers to pay tribute to their founder-patriarch.
Thackeray passed away on 17 November 2012 after suffering a cardiac arrest at the age of 86.
