Queensland LNP Leader David Crisafulli mentioned the Deputy premier carried on “like a child” speaking about “Canberra politics” as a substitute of discussing his personal authorities’s “roadmap” for the state’s vaccine rollout.
“The 2IC within the state – the bloke who’s charged with state growth and planning … he stands up and talks about Canberra politics and carried on like a youngster throwing toys out of a cot – and it wanted to be known as out and we known as him out exhausting as we speak”, he instructed Sky News host Chris Kenny.
“What we’ve seen within the final month is Queensland has injected fewer vaccines on weekends than another state.
“Instead of the Deputy Premier enjoying foolish video games and linking different issues to try to fulfill a political agenda – we’ve bought to, as a state, try to maintain them to account and begin doing what we are saying we had been going to do.
“We had frontline nurses interacting with COVID patients who hadn’t been vaccinated while wardsmen had – it’s an absurdity and we’ve got to call it for what it is.”
