• Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
• Make a well in the center.
• Pour in strawberries minus 1/2 Celsius juice.
• Add eggs, oil and mix well.
• Add food coloring and mix.
• Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
• Bake 325 deg for 1 hour.
• When ready to serve, mix cream cheese with enough strawberry juice to make it spreadable.
