Filmmaker Tanuja Chandra resumed the shoot of her Amazon Prime Video series, Hush Hush, where she is an executive producer and creative director. The shooting was stopped due to the second wave of the pandemic but as normalcy resumed, so did shoot.
A source revealed that more than 50 percent of Hush Hush is completed. It was being shot in Delhi before the second wave came and then was halted in between. Before coming to back to Mumbai to wrap the shoot, the cast and crew will first complete the Delhi schedule from where they left off. The source further added that the final Mumbai schedule will begin in October and after that the show will be wrapped up in November.
Helmed by Kopal Nathani, the series revolves around six women sharing their stories of passion, power, friendship, anger and deceit. It will be featuring Juhi Chawla, Kritika Kamra, Soha Ali Khan, Ayesha Jhulka, Karishma Tanna, and Shahana Goswami in lead roles. Moreover, this will be Juhi, Ayesha and Soha’s debut into the digital entertainment.
Produced by Vikram Malhotra, the series is written by National Award-winning writer Juhi Chaturvedi. As an ode to women, the announcement was made on March 8 on Women’s Day and the series is led by an all-women cast and crew as well.
