Amidst surge in COVID instances in Chhattisgarh, whole lockdown will be imposed in Raipur district from April 09. The  lockdown will proceed until nineteenth April. In view of the growing Corona an infection, in the Chhattisgarh High Court and the District and Sessions Courts of Raipur, Durg and Bilaspur solely mandatory instances will be heard. Arrangements have been made for the digital listening to of the instances in Chhattisgarh High Court.

 
The state authorities has additionally banned the operation of passenger bus service between Chhattisgarh to Madhya Pradesh up to April 15.
