KASARAGOD: The BJP authorities on the Centre won’t permit US-based EMCC International to have interaction in deep-sea trawling off the Kerala coast, state president Ok Surendran stated on Monday.

According to the agreement, EMCC will construct trawlers and hand them over to fishermen. Further, the KSINC will construct the essential infrastructure for the American firm to make trawlers right here and likewise create berthing house for the brand new trawlers to dock.
