US carries out second drone strike in Kabul

A second drone strike conducted by the United States has hit a vehicle believed to be carrying a suicide bomber in Afghanistan. 

It's the second retaliatory attack by the US after ISIS-K claimed responsibility for an attack outside Kabul Airport on Thursday.

US officials say the strike was carried out by an unmanned aircraft and secondary explosions following the strike revealed the vehicle was carrying a substantial amount of explosive material.
